This Cancellation Policy outlines the process, conditions, and timelines for cancelling your service or subscription with Scan Sathi.
1. Service Cancellation by User
You may cancel your subscription or service at any time through your Scan Sathi account dashboard or by contacting our support team at support@scansathi.com.
When you cancel:
- The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle (for subscriptions).
- You will retain access to your account and services until the paid period expires.
- No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of an active billing period.
2. One-Time Services
For one-time services such as document scanning, ID verification, or digital form assistance:
- Cancellations are only accepted before the service has started.
- Once the service or process has begun (e.g., file upload, verification, or processing), it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
3. Subscription Plans
If you are on a recurring (monthly or annual) subscription plan:
- You can cancel anytime before your next renewal date.
- No refunds are issued for the current billing period once payment is processed.
- Annual plans may be eligible for pro-rated refunds if cancelled within 7 days of purchase and less than 10% of services have been used.
4. Cancellation by Scan Sathi
Scansathi reserves the right to suspend or cancel your account or service at any time if:
- You violate our Terms of Service or Usage Policy
- Payment is not received or is disputed
- Fraudulent or unauthorized activity is detected
In such cases:
- You will be notified via email
- Access to services may be terminated immediately.
- Refund eligibility will be determined based on the situation and at Scan Sathi’s discretion.
